Shipping Policy

Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days once payment verification has been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays, will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email when the order has been shipped. Pre-order pieces will need 4 weeks to be shipped.

All orders are shipped via insured courier. All shipments will be received in the following period:

NCR: Will arrive in 3-5 business day of shipping

Domestic/Pan India: Will arrive in 7-10 business days of shipping

International: We are now shipping world-wide so that we can spread the luster of our luxurious jewellery all over the world. The exact shipping cost and delivery period for international deliveries will be worked out by our customer service team depending on the location and order value, and communicated within 2 business days of receiving the order.

In-store pick up: Now all the orders placed online can be picked up from our walk in store. An in-store pick up can be set up by calling us at +919818330278 or emailing us at care@iamajewels.com, anytime before or after the order has been placed. To ensure a hassle-free experience a 2-day prior notice will have to be given to line up your in-store pick up. The online invoice received must be carried to the store at the time of pick up.
