Exchanges & Returns Policy

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. At Iama we have a team of hardworking professionals working everyday to make your experience special. Buying jewellery can be really tough sometimes, as you may not find your ideal one in one-go. But don’t you worry, We have got you covered. With Iama you get an offer of exchange. The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product for an exchange along with the code of the product you want it to be exchanged with. The jewellery to be exchanged should be in the same condition as, it was purchased. If we receive an exchange request for a jewellery that has been used or damaged or the security tag has been tampered with, we will not be able to offer an exchange. We do not entertain any return request at the moment.
