Shipping Policy

Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days once payment verification has been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays, will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email when the order has been shipped. Pre-order pieces will need 4 weeks to be shipped.

All orders are shipped via insured courier. All shipments will be received in the following period:

NCR: Will arrive in 3-5 business day of shipping

Domestic/Pan India: Will arrive in 7-10 business days of shipping

International: We are now shipping world-wide so that we can spread the luster of our luxurious jewellery all over the world. Shipments will arrive in 15-30 days. The exact shipping cost and delivery period for international deliveries will be worked out by our customer service team depending on the location and order value, and communicated within 2 business days of receiving the order.

In-store pick up: Now all the orders placed online can be picked up from our walk in store. An in-store pick up can be set up by calling us at +919818330278 or emailing us at care@iamajewels.com, anytime before or after the order has been placed. To ensure a hassle-free experience a 2-day prior notice will have to be given to line up your in-store pick up. The online invoice received must be carried to the store at the time of pick up.
